*Open delivery is not provided so kindly check the packaging thoroughly and if you find the packing in torn condition then please make a remark on the receipt before accepting the damaged packing such as ‘Goods received with damaged packing’.

** Difference in terms of shades and texture and Design may occur. Since it is handmade and no two wood texture are same since it is a natural product. Because of screen quality and camera used, fabric used(if any) may differ in color.

**After opening the package if the goods are also found in damaged condition then you need to inform us/email the picture of the damaged product to us within 2-3 days of receipt of the goods with order reference number at:-  [email protected]

We shall evaluate the extent of damage and let you know if this can be easily fixed locally (minor/moderate damages) and shall send the required material and also bear the reasonable local carpenter cost Or, this needs to be replaced/returned by us (major damages).

***Please save the packing material with you until we reach to an outcome, as you have to take care for the repacking of goods in case of replacement by us. In exceptional cases if we are unable to provide replacement, we reserve the right to refund with 3% deduction(Payment gateway fees) once we arrange product pick up.

****No cancellation is allowed.

***On accepting this terms and condition customer also accepts that there might be delay in the dispatch and delivery of the product 2-3 times the delivery time promised. Since the products are handmade and all products are made to order. No Cancellation and refund will be allowed!!

Ground floor delivery is provided. Customer can coordinate with the delivery person for any change (at his/her own cost).

**Our products are backed by a warranty period of 36 months*, covering any manufacturing or workmanship defects occurring during this time. This warranty applies specifically to furniture used in normal household conditions.

Effective for products purchased after February 12th, 2024, this limited warranty does not extend to the following:

1. Normal wear and tear resulting from extended use.
2. Minor cuts, scratches, or damages arising from improper cleaning methods or accidental impacts.
3. Damages incurred due to incorrect installation or assembly performed by the customer.
4. Instances where products were stored, assembled, or installed improperly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with incorrect methods or products. For instance, upholstery furniture may lighten if exposed to direct sunlight over time.
5. Cracks formed due to product displacement.
6. Wood decay caused by prolonged exposure to water.
7. Natural expansions and contractions of solid wood in response to seasonal climate variations. These are inherent characteristics of solid wood and are not covered under warranty.
8. Natural wood features such as joint lines or wood grains, which are not considered defects.
9. Claims for seasonal splits or joint openings are limited to the warranty period from the date of purchase for solid wood furniture.
10. Upholstery fabrics, such as seat covers, do not fall under warranty coverage. For upholstery products, the warranty applies solely to the frame and mechanisms, if present.
11. Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or the use of harsh chemicals.
12. Per industry standards, slight unevenness of up to 5 mm due to floor and surface level differences is considered acceptable and is not covered under warranty.

Any dispute related to the product will be heard in the Gyanpur court U.P- 221403.

Casa Furnishing will not be liable if the customer is not available at the deliver location.

Request to change the address should be advised before dispatch of product (for products with production time 4-5weeks) Request should be via email and via call.
