How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Because our furniture is carefully handmade, production and processing times can vary. Standard orders typically take between 4 to 5 weeks to be manufactured, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Rajasthan facility. How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your furniture leaves our manufacturing unit, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details and the courier partner’s information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

How do I clean and maintain my Sheesham wood furniture?

What is your return policy?

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in wood grain are natural and are not considered defects.

What should I do if my furniture is damaged in transit?

Please inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If you notice any transit damage, take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item, and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our support team immediately so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
