Since our wooden furniture is carefully crafted and finished to order—ensuring the highest quality stains on our signature Sheesham wood—please allow a processing and manufacturing time of 25 to 30 business days before your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Timelines

  • Coverage: We ship across India.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and regional logistics.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and the logistics partner’s details. You can use this information to monitor your furniture’s journey.

4. Delivery & Handling

Furniture items are large and require specialized handling. Our delivery partners will bring the items to your provided shipping address. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and that your premises (doorways, corridors, and staircases) can accommodate the dimensions of the ordered pieces.

5. Damages During Transit

We package all our furniture rigorously to withstand transit. However, if you notice any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please document it with photographs before opening. Contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can assist you promptly.
